Project Description:
A 27-story 618,000 SqFt Class “A’ Office Building, including 1200 car underground parking structure, 44,000 SqFt retail space, included shared space and offsite utilities. We were contracted as a design assist partner for Hunt Construction. This high profile project was completed under budget and ahead of schedule. The electrical systems on this project consist of 15,000 amps of 277/480 volt power with buss risers, motor control centers, lighting control systems, and energy management. Jenco worked to coordinate with APS, the power utility, to provide lighting, convenience power, imbed strut systems, arboron barriers, and auxiliary gutters for feeds to the (4) service entrance systems from their network vaults. The project began prior to final design drawings, and we were able to work through design issues while maintaining a strict budget. Jenco also worked in partnership with Hunt to make this project OSHA VPP (Voluntary Protection Program) certified.
Gateway Community College IEB

Project Description:
The Gateway Community College Integrated Education Building measuring 120,000 square feet was completed in 2012. The IEB provides space for classrooms, offices, indoor and outdoor art studios, library, science labs, learning center, student services, café, performance arts, career services, enrollment services and counseling and disability support services.
Scottsdale Waterfront
Project Description:
The project consisted of a 400 parking unit and luxury condominium buildings located at Camelback Road and Scottsdale Road. The construction included two 13 story towers, three below grade parking levels, site improvements, complete tenant metering and fire alarm. Each tower included 200 units ranging from 900 sq. feet to 3,000 sq. feet with all the clubhouse amenities in each building.
This project was a fast track build that started with approved shell with TI approver on a floor by floor approval. This enabled us to prefab and stock each floor as the building went up.

Project Description:
These new, sustainable, multi-story buildings were designed to serve as residence halls for undergraduate students attending the University of Arizona. Buildings Tyndall and Highland hold 800 beds with traditional suite style double rooms and adjoining bathrooms. Each residence hall building also includes various gathering spaces and lounges, a lobby, study rooms, kitchen/dining space, laundry rooms, a small conference room, a recreation room and enclosed outdoor space.
