Project Description: The Optima Sonoran Village Phase II project consisted of three buildings totaling 20 stories of residential units and two additional stories of underground parking.

A major contribution to our success was our use of our Offsite Manufacturing team. We were able to minimize our labor force onsite, ensure consistent quality, and reduce costs for our customer. Our prefabricated wall rough that arrived onsite in containers marked for the specific suite, allowed us to increase field productivity and lessen scheduled install times.

Willmeng and Jenco started working early in 2020 to help establish a budget for Banner. Once the floorplan and layout started to emerge the Jenco team started working with Kraemer to select a lighting and controls package, along with design specs that would facilitate the budget, and allow the project to open on schedule. By entering into the design assist role early on, Jenco was able to begin building our prefabricated electrical devices, overhead runs, and wall rough before construction actually began. This allowed a smaller onsite crew, which was critical as this project began during the peak of COVID cases in 2020.

Under a tight scheduled we completely transformed a 33k square foot office space on the 7th floor in downtown Tempe into Houzz’s Headquarters. All finishes and fixtures were high end, as Houzz uses their Headquarters as a showroom for their potential clients.

Jenco installed nine new electrical services, being fed from two different sub stations and provided all equipment connections for robotic casting and machining equipment.

The Troon Country Club went through a major remodel bringing the space a more modern feel. The project consisted of demo, adding a new 2-story wing, and retrofitting the lighting to LED.

Jenco partnered with Holder to remodel the exterior of the Renaissance Hotel in Downtown Phoenix. During the project added portions of the remodel became part of our scope including the lobby remodel, the buildout of Dust Cutter Bar, and the TI of the Starbucks inside the hotel.
