Kelly has been in the electrical contracting business his entire adult life. In 1990, after working for a multi-generational electrical contracting company for several years, Kelly founded Jen Electric.
From the beginning, Kelly has had the vision and belief that recurring business with Customers, Vendors, and Employees is the key to Jenco’s long-term success. His interpretation of “recurring business” with our employees is long-term employment with ever increasing opportunities to develop and move into new roles that reward them with higher incomes, through their willingness and ability to cope effectively with challenges.
In Kelly’s current role he drives the processes, people, and technologies to deliver a superior experience with our employees, customers, and vendors. Kelly often says, “Long-term relationships are caused by recurring mutual benefits from the work we do together.”
