Accident Procedure

  1. Foreman is notified immediately 
  2. Injury life-threatening? Dial 911 
  3. If not life-threatening, send to nearby clinic, AIM Clinic is preferred, but Concentra is ok too if closer.
  4. Email safety@jencoinc.com to notify all necessary parties 
  5. Foreman to notify GC
  6. Foreman to complete the Incident Investigation Report Form before the end of shift
  7. Conduct incident investigation with PRM
