Our relationship with Optima, a uniquely structured company who self performs Architecture Design, Development and General Contracting started just eight short months ago but over that time period the amount of work completed at the Optima luxury apartment project has been incredible. Optima has been changing the skyline and the way people live for over 30 years and we’re excited to be a part of that change in the Camelback area.
As of right now there are three buildings – eleven, seven and three stories –and all three have been poured out. The tenant improvement work has begun with rough electrical started on the eleven story building and all the planning and hard work completed on installing raceways in the decks is paying off as we successfully install the wire. Five years ago Jenco pioneered our prefabricated room in a box concept for wall rough installs and it is paying dividends yet again for our client. We continue to install gear as it’s delivered to the site, coordinate with the electrical utility company as we get ready to set the generator and safely energize the building in early June.
With the continued use of our Lean Construction methodologies, our short duration scheduling plan and our proprietary Adroit Operations Management system, we insure for Optima that our productivity will meet and/or exceed their schedule milestones.
