Design/Bid/Build — This approach has advantages for certain clients, and JEN Electric has a history of competitively priced “hard bids” for a variety of these installations as well.

CM-AT-RISK — JEN Electric also has experience in meeting and exceeding the requirements on CM-AT-RISK contracts, including government, school districts and commercial and projects.

I have worked with JENCO for over 10 years. The last 2 years have been with the newly developed CityScape project in downtown Phoenix. We have had the 28 story tower opened for 1½ years. We are now nearly 96% occupied. We have had only minor concerns with materials and JEN quickly worked to resolve these concerns.
